About Us

The US Chapter is constituted within the mission, ethos and values by which the Foundation was established in 2018 as an international nonprofit entity. The Chapter draws its universal mandate from the global purpose to bridge the gap in healthcare inequalities affecting the poor in developing countries. The Foundation acquired the legal recognition in August 2023 when the Internal Revenue Services (IRS) of the U.S Government approved the Foundation as a public charity entitled to receive tax deductible bequests, devises, transfers or gifts under section 501(c)(3), exempted the entity from federal income tax under Internal Revenue Code (IRC) section 501(c)(3). Therefore, the IRS certificate guarantee the donor community the absolute right to deduct contributions donated to the Foundation under IRC Section 170 to fulfil the noble global health causes putting humanity at risk.
